I just purchased one since my launch 360pro with the 20g hd was starting to not read games. The elite comes with the HDMI and the cable.If your TV supports it you should get a better picture. The Game of the Year bundle came with Fable2 and Halo 3. It also comes with a black headset and the ethernet cable. It is a bit pricey considering the arcade is 199 but I wanted it.
