I hope Mass Effect 2 keeps its original ...

I don't mean it should only have the music from the first Mass Effect...I mean that they should still keep the old music so we could hear it sometimes. I am especially referring to the Galaxy Map theme. I hope they never ever change that theme. I used to open the galaxy map and look at the planets just to hear the music. Not to mention the other songs were epic and memorable.I hope Mass Effect 2 keeps its original ...

he's talking about the same type of theme the soundtrack had in the first game and that he would like to see more of the same in mass effect 2.



like how bungie does they're themes for the halo series.

The soundtrack didnt really stand out that much for me, still had some great songs like The Spectre Induction, i hope they keep the themes for the stronger songs but have more catchy and less 'spacey' themes going on
I think Mass Effect 2 will follow the same pattern that other games like (for example) zelda or final fantasy do.Expect the game to have new tracks that are reminiscent of the first game, but that have a little twist.Also, I'd expect the new soundtrack to be a bit more intense and dark since they are focusing a lot on the ''dark'' atmosphere and improved combat.
