It's more like 39$ plus an extra month. Just go buy one.Online Without LIVE
if you cant afford 40 bucks a year then go get a job and stop posting of forums

lol oh little kids
u can get xbox live for $39 per year. check places like amazon, ebay, etc
that's $3.33 per month.
I used to use XboxConnect and it was awsome. But now that live is going full tilt it is just not the same. Those link programs are ok for only the few very popular games but that is it. NO game patches, voice chat(not sure), and not nearly as many ppl on it. In principle it works pretty good but is no replacement for Live.

Or even just not buy one game. That's enough for a whole year of live.
If you're so poor that you can't even afford $40 per year, why did you buy a console in the first place? Gaming is an expensive hobby.

If you live on your own and cant afford another $40 a year then you cant afford to game period.

If you don't have a home or whatever, you definitely shouldn't be playing video games.

If you don't have $40 disposable income, then getting to play online is the least of your problems.
Nevermind with the cheapshot comebacks, pay up or don't play online
Well you can find it on amazon or possibly ebay in around the $30 region.
I'm with the TC, money is extremely tight around here. (I can't even afford my vices right now) I struggle between paying bills, gas, and food. $40 or $50 isn't a luxury everyone has, or rather spend that money on actually LEAVING THE HOUSE for real life experiences. (who would of thunk-it) Also PC and PS3 offer FREE online (Microsoft tried milking PC gamers to no avail, so now the PC version of Live is free, true story!) $40-50 is a way more then free don't you think... But I'm shore stealing internet is as illegal as stealing cable.

i'd rather pay $3.33 a month for a service that doesn't die on me. the point of playing online is to have a lot of other players playing with you. microsoft just got a guiness world record for a online video game service that has the most players.
for $3.33/month, that's not that bad
Man, the guy is just asking about info on those programs. Who cares what his reasons are? I have used Kai and it works ok. The site has lots of trouble shooting info if you are haveing problems.

Ha this,
but I do feel bad. No one is answering your question and I can't. Sorry.
I had a friend that used Xlink Kai for his modded Xbox, there's a lot of glitchers on there since they can't play on Live, which made it unbearable at times. I paid $38.97 for 12+1 months on newegg.com, that's $2.99 a month.
