XBOX Game of the Year Bundle - Is there ...

Im about to get an Xbox next week. I really want the Game of the Year bundle Xbox Elite with Halo 3 and Fable 2. I heard some of them don't have Jasper chips in them. Are there jasper chips in all of them now? If they are still in only some of them, how can i tell?I posted this in the XBOX FAQ and Game Recommendation but no one responded. pretty much every xbox made in 09 it should have a jasper. if u bought a xbox in nov- dec 08 then only the 60gbs would have them because they was the newest xboxs produced..... why would they keep making xboxs only have the falcons and some only have the jasper??? broken xboxs cost microsoft money so if they can prevent the problems has much as tjhey can they why not put them in all them???? it be kind of stupid

AND also to check the Manufactures Date, if its 09 or last month or 08 there is a very good chance its a jasper.When i get my new one i checked to make sure it wa samde in 09 and also after that i looked at voltage.
