Does anyone know if halo reach is an RTS.If not what do you hope for.Halo:reach please dont be an RTS

no one knows yet. i'm thinking a squad based tactical shooter but i doubt that either
i mean it just looks like it because in the trailer its looking down at the world and RTS popped into my head
I hope it's a regular Halo game or a Squad Based Tactical Shooter
yea me too that would just ruin my gaming year to figure out that its an RTS who elses would that ruin
idk but i hope its not like Halo Wars.
Its being made by Bungie so I think there is a .01% chance that it will be a RTS. I'm expecting it to be a squad based shooter.
Who here is getting ODST just for the beta :P

we'll know for sure when we get our hands on the multiplayer beta when we purchase ODST
Someone already showed a link it'll be a FPS. Not sure where though, sorry.

Wasn't trying to be, but Bungie never really makes anything other than just the normal FPS gaming. I mean I have played with Urk, and all whom does not know him that is the guy who updates bungie's blog, and he didn't tell me much, but of it, it sounds like a normal Halo FPS, that still follows the story of Fall of Reach, and as of reading the books, I could see it as none less than that.
All you have to do is ignore all of the rumors and wait until ODST is out and then play the beta that comes with it and you'll quickly find out whether or not all of the rumors and such are true. Very simple concept I think.

True, that's really the best thing, but it is always fun to try to get more excited about it, I mean it shouldn't be a RTS I am sure of, but I am near positive it will be FPS, if not I will be very shocked.
