I've done some looking into this and i've read that sometimes extra fans put on the 360 can do more halm than good, If you have a new xbox 360 (bought this year or last year) the chances off getting RROD are slim.So my advice dont use extra fans because the power the xbox needs to power the xtra fans heats up the xbox faster anyway so your no better off. The Falcon model will be less likely to fail than a launch console, but you can never say it is 100% immune.
