This happenes to me a bunch most recently with GHM and SFIV,I didnt get my gree foot pedal or my SFIV headband.i preordered prototype, now im to the point to where if i dont get my figure and map im just going to return the game and get it another time when there is a price drop.what things havent you gotten that you were supposed to?maybe im the only one who cares that i get the promo item, if they say u get it them i should get itHoiw often to you NOt get your preorder ...

In Mexico they don't even offer preorder bonuses, lucky you guys.
its only happened once to me, but i went back to the store the next day...and the dude went back into the back and got it for me and said ''as soon as you left the store yesterday i realized i didnt give you this''so idk. lol
There was a sale at EB games and when ever you got 3 games or up you get a $30 card to get another game. but i never got the card when i got 4 games :(
I think not getting the bonus sucks but returning the game doesn't make sense. If your gonna get the game for the game then just keep it. If your getting the game for the preoreder then don't get the game in the first place.The map is small and the figure is kinda lame anyways, I have already seen them.

Gamestop didn't give me my preorder package with Portrait of Ruin. I had to raise holy hell to finally get it, and haven'tgone back since. With games available at some many other retail outlets, I don't see the point of Gamestop anymore really. I go with Game Crazy or Hastings for discount/resells.
