I don't understand why there was a 300 game only for PsP and it was really hard which negatively ruined the fun.Is there a game like troy or 300 for xbox360? I agree, although there was one called Gladius, which was kind of like those movies. I enjoyed taht game alot.

One exception from 20 years of horrid movie games, such as Ghostbusters, Indiana Jones, Etc.

Riddick is a rare exception in an otherwise abysmal area of gaming, but it's also nothing like 300 which the OP is looking for.



The closest game I can think of is something like Rise of the Argonauts - similar ancient world setting, though doesn't have as much combat as the games suggests it would have
there's plenty of games set in the same time period. the problem is there really is no game with the epic scale of hundreds of soldiers on the screen and such on a console.



for the pc, there's a lot of rts games that simulate the battles in these movies. in terms of an action game of the same size, the only thing i can think of is dynasty warriors, and that's got nothing to do with greece/rome...

Resident evil movies aren't awful
If you're looking for a game in which you're a badass slaying hundreds of soldiers at a time by yourself, try dynasty warriors, that pretty closely replicates the feeling of being Achilles or Leonidas.
I'd go with either Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires stay far away from Warriors Orochi 2 and 1 for that matter or try Samurai Warriors: Empires. You could also try for 360 Bladestorm the Hundred Years' War and maybe a Lord of the Rings title. But nothing will match what you want, unless you buy a title like ROME: TOTAL WAR or something along those lines for your PC.

if you have a gaming pc, look into the total war series. they're fantastic.

300 as a game would be really bad imo. It would just be guts and gore and no story.Troy as a game? Meh. It would also be bad, like most games which are made from movies.
I don't know if you will like it, but I enjoyed playing 99 Nights... it's got a ton of enemies on screen...it's just a hack n slash though...
